Deposit
There is a $100 non refundable deposit for us to reserve a particular puppy in your name. First come first serve. Puppies will not be held without a deposit.
Payment
Sorry, no personal checks.
We accept cash when we deliver a puppy/puppies in person or if someone picks up a puppy at our home. A $100.00 non refundable deposit is required via paypal if we deliver a puppy.
Pay Pal
We offer payment through Pay Pal which is fast, easy, and secure. With Pay Pal you can use a credit card, which is instant or pay from your checking account, which takes about three days to set up. This service is at no cost to you. To set up your account just click on Pay Pal button.
Bank drafts & transfers are accepted. No casher checks will be accepted at this time.
Shipping
We will ship via air from Albuquerque NM, within the Continental United States. No International Shipping. The expenses that will be charged to the buyer are the vet certificate, a must for your puppy to fly, and the cost of a kennel to ship your puppy in, and of course the air fair. We will pay for transportation to the airport plus lodging should we have to stay overnight to ship your puppy. We prepay air fair. By the way, 2 puppies can fly in the same kennel, same price. The shipping fees must be prepaid to us before we will ship your puppy.
We will coordinate shipping arrangements with you and then schedule with the Airline. Airlines have temperature guidelines for the safety of your puppy and sometimes temperature will determine when we can ship. We live 250 miles from a major airport so shipping is an all day event for us and planning is a must. We try to ship on weekends but other plans can be made.
Arizona and surrounding states: We will gladly meet someone half way to deliver a puppy.
Arrival
Your puppy ARRIVES, freshly groomed, with bows and cologne. First and foremost, hug and kiss on your new arrival. Offer the baby food and water just as soon as possible. Treats, food, and water were shipped with your puppy but the flight may have been long and the puppy scared. Remember the puppy has just left everything familiar in his/her world. We always send the puppies favorite toy keep him/her company on their first adventure. There will be a baggy of dry Costco Puppy Food attached to the kennel. In the bottom of the kennel under the carpet will be an information packet containing paperwork pertaining to your puppy, including feeding instructions. Please have canned puppy food on hand,(we use Pedigree canned puppy food). We ask that you call as soon as the puppy arrives. Phone numbers will be furnished in with the paperwork so you don’t have to worry about taking phone numbers with you. Now the love begins!!!
